SUMMARY:ColLab Staged Reading Series: The Third Hunger by Sarah Groustra
DESCRIPTION:The year is 1846\, and the girls are girling. Also\, they’re eating people. But Frances and Patty won’t eat each other — not yet. The Third Hunger is the story of the infamous Donner Party expedition\, told from the shrewd perspective of some of its youngest members. \n\n\n\nThe question is: what are you hungry for? \n\n\n\nThe cast features Renee Shohet\, Emily N Rudolph\, Kelly Lomonte\, and Delilah Draper. \n\n\n\nRSVP for ColLab’s next interactive staged reading below. \n\n\n\nOur ColLab staged reading series reimagines “readings” by presenting them with a twist. Instead of a static presentation\, we transform the room into an immersive environment that surrounds audiences with the world of the piece while honoring the development of a new script (audience members won’t be required to participate unless they want to.) The result? One-night-only developmental on-book workshops that feel alive\, communal\, and exciting. \n\n\n\nPay What You Can donations will be accepted at the door. All donations go directly towards supporting future Off The Lane artists\, productions\, and community events.
