Health is about so much more than numbers on a scale. Working with human psychology and physiology instead of against it\, TWP takes a holistic approach to health\, educating individuals and supporting them through making attainable lifestyle shifts. \n\n\n\n\n60-minute interactive workshop where TWP addresses common misconceptions surrounding holistic health\, and dives into five of their life-changing holistic health hacks. Touching on biology\, nutritional science\, and mental well-being\, the workshop will introduce the topics at hand through immersion\, education… and fun!
