3 bedroom, 2 bath 2-story beach house in South Bethany Beach, DE. The town is called The Quiet Resorts, and lives up to its’ reputation! This Salt Box features First floor Master suite, galley kitchen, screened porch and open deck with ocean views.

Auctioning off an off-season long weekend ( 3 nights) Sept to May.

The house is well equipped for year-round enjoyment with Cable TV, Wifi, outdoor grill, screened in porch and an open floor plan for great relaxation. Sleeps 7.

Rules:

Dates must be approved at least 4 weeks in advance, and additional dates can be added at an agreed upon price.
