Scripts for Under-Resourced Schools
We’re very excited to launch a new partnership between Uproar Theatrics and Off The Lane, created as an extension of Off The Lane’s School Partnerships Program. Uproar Theatrics is dedicated to creating bold, socially conscious theatre for young people that invites students to grapple with big ideas, ask meaningful questions, and see themselves reflected onstage. Through this collaboration, donors can make a tax-deductible contribution to Off The Lane that directly supports the distribution of Uproar Theatrics’ scripts to under-resourced schools, ensuring that powerful, contemporary plays and musicals reach classrooms where arts funding is often limited.
Your gift helps place high-quality theatrical material directly into the hands of educators and students, expanding access to stories that foster empathy, curiosity, and creative confidence. Off The Lane’s School Partnerships Program connects schools with professional artists for interactive workshops and hands-on learning; this partnership deepens that impact by providing the foundational tools that allow theatre education to thrive. Together, Off The Lane and Uproar Theatrics are working to make theatre education more equitable, accessible, and inspiring for the next generation of storytellers.
For every $200 raised, a full class set of scripts gets to an under-resourced school.

Donors will receive an automatic donation receipt from the Off The Lane website once the donation is made online. Donation receipts can also be emailed or mailed at the donor’s preference. Off The Lane can also accept check donations.
