Community Events

Welcome to the OTL family!

New York City’s arts community is full of talented people, but building a creative career can be isolating, expensive, and difficult to navigate. OTL exists to make that process a little less lonely.

Our community includes actors, directors, producers, playwrights, musicians, dancers, designers, stage managers, filmmakers, visual artists, and interdisciplinary creators at many stages of their careers. Some come to OTL looking for their first professional connection. Others are seasoned artists looking for collaborators, mentors, or a place to develop something new.

We bring these people together because we believe connection is a creative resource.

Our free community events are designed to help artists feel more connected, supported, and empowered to build the creative lives they want.
