Back by popular demand, the Art of Wellness: Refresh + Reset is part of Off The Lane’s Speaker Series Program. This quarter’s event is centered around refreshing practices and allowing for a reset after 15 months of isolation. Transitioning back into “normalcy” will not happen overnight and we will not be able to simply return to old practices. This past year has changed us all, for better or worse, and allowing ourselves to take that with us into this next chapter will only make us stronger!
