Back by popular demand, the Art of Wellness: Refresh + Reset is part of Off The Lane’s Speaker Series Program. This quarter’s event is centered around refreshing practices and allowing for a reset after 15 months of isolation. Transitioning back into “normalcy” will not happen overnight and we will not be able to simply return to old practices. This past year has changed us all, for better or worse, and allowing ourselves to take that with us into this next chapter will only make us stronger!
Our OTL community is immensely important to us and through our Speaker Series, we hope to provide a home base and safe space for artists transitioning from student to seasoned professional. Our educators have generously donated their time and all proceeds from the event will be split equally between our Off The Lane programming.
Everyone will join us via Zoom for a Welcome by Danielle Beckmann & Opening Class with Spoken Word Poet & Branding Coach, Jrose. The breakout rooms will open and you will go to your pre-selected 30 Minute Class, either Refresh & Reset Yoga led by Sumi Yu or Your Holistic Health Reset for Reentering the Outside World led by Sarah Jacobs. At the end of the class, you will return to the main room for a final segment on How to Stay Consistent Through the Ups and Downs of Your Artistic Career led by our lovely host, Danielle Beckmann.
