2021 promises to be a year of rejuvenated hope in what the future might hold. This past year has taught us that we are truly capable of moving mountains. As our OTL family continues to grow, we stand strong in our commitment of providing a community, home base and safe space for artists to learn, grow, and in the case of this event, take a collected deep breath together.
Why The Art of Wellness?
I think our President, Kristal, said it best. “Carving out time for YOU is sometimes the hardest part about the idea of self care. It’s important to check in with yourself daily by taking time to breathe, sweat, stretch and clear your mind. By doing this on the regular it, will help keep you grounded in order to be successful in other areas of your life.”
Every educator for this event has generously donated their time, and as a bonus, all attendees will receive a free Digital Goodie Bag, featuring discount codes from the following sponsors: Blink Fitness, Yoga Vida, Healing Watters, Wellness Lab, Laz Skincare, Find The Light Photography, Begin Branching Out, Megan Sikora Reiki, and The Spirited Storyteller.

“The myth of the ‘broken artist’ can be just that, a myth. We can make beautiful transformative art from a place of wellness if the tools are accessible and honest self-assessment is done routinely.”
Vision with Intention
In this workshop, we are going to think about the things that have gotten us to our where we are and the steps that it will take to get to where we are going. So grab a piece of paper and a pen and let’s work through an intention setting activity together. We will think through the changes that have occurred in our life over the past year and explore creating our visions with intention.
