From the guidance of professionals in the Mentorship Program, to the personalized “career therapy” through BOOST, to new works produced through ColLab, we strive to make Off The Lane a community where artists can thrive.
All funds raised this Giving Tuesday will go directly toward our programs and supporting Off The Lane’s mission to enrich and engage artists through continued education, outreach and special projects. Our programming is free for all participants and we need your help!

- Virtual sessions allow us to reach students and mentors across the country.
- Mentees leave prepared to take on an arts and entertainment career in NYC or wherever they go next.

- Early career artists in NYC receive personalized guidance through virtual sessions on their own schedule.
- Through exercises and group panels, BOOSTers develop actionable steps towards their personal and artistic goals.
- BOOSTers leave with a sense of purpose and clear sense of direction in their careers.

- Mixer-like settings allow for artists to grow their network and brainstorm creative ideas.
- Artists submit a pitch for an innovative, multidisciplinary project for Off The Lane to produce.
- A ColLab project culminates in a public performances of new works with monetary compensation provided to the artists involved.
