Welcome to Meaux Space, the perfect venue for your intimate event. If you win this item you will receive a 5 hour rental including setup and rental, a 3 hour happy hour featuring beer, wine and a speciality cocktail for up to 25ppl, light bites bartender and onsite manager to help with any day of needs.

Meaux Space includes modern finishes, a beautiful kitchen and amazing terrace with views of the westside of Chelsea and Hudson Yards.

Rules: 

* We do require proof of vaccination for all guests attending as per the local Covid protocols. The onsite manager will check this as guests arrive.
*We have a strict 40 person capacity. We require a guest list 72 hours prior to the event.
*If you would like the space for longer than the 5 hours, additional fees apply.
*We will take a $400 security deposit that will be returned to you within 7 business days after your event. We also have you sign a contract for the space.
* (1) bartender per 20ppl is required if you are serving alcohol. There is no self service. An additional staff member may be required depending on your catering and food needs. Staff is $50/hr with a 5 hour min.
* You can bring in food and drink or hire a caterer. If you hire a caterer they need to provide a COI and liquor liability. They can also supply their own staff if they would like and would be responsible for cleanup if so.
* You may decorate the space but we do not allow confetti or confetti balloons in the space. If you bring in regular balloons they must be popped or taken out with you. No nails or any penetrating items can be used to hang. We do allow regular tape or command strips.
*The space closes at 1am, so cleanup would need to begin at 12am and the bar closes at that time as well.
