Bridget Rose Perrotta (MILLICENT MILLIFERIC) is an award-winning actor working across stage and screen. Recent: Margot Bentley in Hell House LLC: Origins (AMC+ Original), In Harmony (Off-Broadway), Parade (Slowburn Theatre), and Survivor: The Parody Musical. Penelope Hinds (CHARLOTTE) is a New York–based actress and graduate of the University of Miami, where she earned her BFA in Musical Theatre. Since graduating, she has appeared in new works including The H Word, City Kid, Open House, and Last. Good. Night. She has also appeared in commercial campaigns for Planned Parenthood, Bilt, and Stretch*d. Passionate about developing new works and bringing bold, comedic characters to life, Penelope is thrilled to join the cast of Island Dating Show. She can’t wait to enter the villa as Charlotte and share this hilarious parody with audiences alongside this wonderful cast this summer!

Xavier Cornell (CALLUM) is an actor and singer originally from Los Angeles, California. He moved to New York City to attend Manhattan School of Music, where he earned his degree in Musical Theater last spring. While best known for his time on season 21 of NBC’s “The Voice”, theater has always been Xavier’s first love. Erin Lambertson (HENRIETTA) is privileged to be joining the cast of Island Dating Show for their professional NYC debut! Previous credits include: Rizzo (Grease) and Lizzie Borden (Lizzie) at Summer Stock Stage, Carrie White (Carrie) and Little Red (Into The Woods) at UNCG. And if you happen to be in delaware from Oct. 22nd- Nov. 2nd, you can catch them as the role of Yitzhak in Hedwig & The Angry Inch. Natalie Myrick (POPPI/WRITER/COMPOSER) is a Brooklyn-based actor/musician/writer. She has performed regionally, internationally, and Off-Off-Broadway in new musicals, staged readings, and rock bands. As a songwriter, she has composed music for projects at Ars Nova, Joe’s Pub, and 54 Below. Her mythological musical Fated had its premiere production at Andy’s Summer Playhouse in New Hampshire last year. Natalie is a recent graduate of BerkleeNYC’s Master’s program in Writing & Production for Musical Theatre, where she developed original folktale Evergreen Sound. Zoë Elizabeth Lillis (DIRECTOR) is THRILLED to enter the villa at Off the Lane with Island Dating Show. Zoë is a New York City-based director, dramaturg and writer. Most recently, she served as the Script Associate for Boop! The Musical on Broadway. She was also the Writer’s Associate for Hell’s Kitchen, both on Broadway and throughout its years of development at the Public Theater. Zoë’s directing credits include Every Book is A Yearbook by Will Eno (Keen Company), Peter and the Starcatcher (Sacred Heart University); the sold-out staged reading of Angels in America Part Two: Perestroika and Sharing Sondheim: Old Friends, both at Arena Stage; as well as Offstage, a three night original concert in New York dedicated to uplifting the voices of young artists. zoelillis.com

Sam Lobel (ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER) is a choreographer, dancer, teacher, and videographer based in New York City. Sam has been an associate/assistant choreographer for Billy Griffin, Nicholas Palmquist, Marc Kimelman, Krystyna Resavy, and more. She recently choreographed the opening number for “I Put A Spell On You” and presented at the Steps Industry Showcase. Sam choreographed the world premiere of “Heidi” Off-Broadway and produced, directed, and choreographed a dance narrative titled “Love, In Time.” She has choreographed for original musicals “Tomorrow” and “Today We Celebrate Earth Day” written by A. J. Freeman. Sam has presented her work at the Young Choreographer’s Festival, Jazz Choreography Entreprises, DUMBO Dance Festival, and more. Sam is a faculty member at Steps On Broadway and Luna Performing Arts, as well as a substitute faculty at Joffrey Ballet School. Sophie Brubaker (EXECUTIVE PRODUCER) is a bubbly California-raised, NYC-based producer, performer and event host! Sophie graduated from the University of California at Davis with a BA in Theatre and Dance and a BS in Human Development, and there she also began an internship with Off the Lane. Since moving to New York City, she fell in love with creating imaginative, social spins on producing and performing in theatre. She started the ColLab program at Off The Lane in 2022, which specializes in developing interactive and interdisciplinary live performance work, and she is a co-founder of In Confidence, an organization that produced secret, interactive shows in unlikely places from 2022-2025. Sophie is also an actor in & Troupe Logistics Coordinator for The Murder Mystery Company (including Speakeasy, Die Softly Off-Broadway), and she performs in and hosts interactive events in NYC regularly. “Pay attention. Rachel Sabo-Hedges (she/they) (ARTISTIC/INTIMACY DIRECTOR) is a multi-hyphenate director, developer, and producer raised in Boone, North Carolina. She first connected with Off The Lane through their mentorship program during her senior year at Western Carolina University. After moving to New York, Rachel became the associate director for Tony Award nominee Hunter Foster. Since then, she has continued to associate direct while also directing and developing new work throughout NYC. Coming from a family of theatre artists and performers, Rachel was immersed in the industry from a young age as a child actor—storytelling runs in her blood. She gravitates toward work that centers hope and love, and she’s often found gathering artists to explore new scripts or uncovering the life stories of strangers. She’s drawn to theatre that is muscular, surprising, and a little bit magical.
